Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Application Support Intern to join our Application Support team. The intern will assist in monitoring applications, handling support tickets, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This internship provides hands-on experience with enterprise applications, incident management, SQL, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and support dashboards.
• Acknowledge and triage support tickets based on defined processes and SLAs.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for application, data, and user issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with complete diagnostic information.
• Execute routine operational tasks and health checks.
• Assist in validating production fixes and deployments.
• Analyze logs and identify basic application or data issues.
• Support user access and configuration requests.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift - UK & US
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with web applications and APIs is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a support environment.
