This is a Project Manager position within a growing banking and financial services corporation, looking at various digital transformation projects using Agile Methodology. You will be exposed to multiple projects and will be overseeing a large team in HK.
Your role
- Oversee multiple digital projects in parallel with regards to planning, coordination and stakeholder management
- Help junior project managers drive projects to execution
- Proactively track and adjust the project scope, resources and budget
- Estimate potential risks and propose solution / prevention
- Study available new financial technologies in the market to enhance existing systems’ effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain strong bonding and engagement within the team while driving for progress
You have
- 10+ years of Project Management experience with experience overseeing multiple projects in parallel
- Experience in digital projects (web/mobile) in the banking sector
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Knowledge in banking and financial products within Wealth is a big advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
