A well-established financial institution is seeking an Assistant Manager with experience in retail sales management, customer journey enhancement, and business transformation to support strategic initiatives across customer-facing service channels.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute customer channel strategies, balancing customer experience, digital capabilities, and operational efficiency.
Leverage data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and track business outcomes through defined performance metrics.
Drive initiatives that enhance service delivery and channel effectiveness by defining success measures, overseeing implementation, and monitoring results.
Prepare management updates and governance materials, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
Support customer adoption and channel migration initiatives through targeted campaigns, engagement activities, communications, and performance tracking.
Assess and recommend improvements to customer journeys, service processes, and channel capabilities to enhance overall customer experience and operational performance.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of strategic projects related to distribution channels, service transformation, and process optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, project management, business transformation, channel management, marketing, or commercialization.
Familiarity with retail banking operations, customer servicing environments, distribution channels, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex business environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
