Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional and multi-country projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives.


• Manage project plans, governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and country stakeholders to drive successful implementation and rollout.


• Oversee resource planning, change management, adoption readiness, and post-implementation support.


• Provide regular updates to senior management through executive reporting and steering committees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/programme management experience in technology, transformation, consulting, or financial services environments.


• Proven experience delivering regional or multi-country initiatives with multiple workstreams.


• Strong budget management, resource planning, and vendor management experience.


• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, with hands-on Scrum experience preferred.


• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
