Job Duties
- Oversee and manage office relocation or modern workspace infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Lead coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proper implementation of networking solutions, including Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi and base switching networks.
- Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure design and deployment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall professional experience in IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing office relocation or workspace modernization projects.
- Strong knowledge of Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi, networking, and base switching networks.
- Cloud networking experience is an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills, including timeline control, risk management, and budget oversight.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
