Our client is one of the leading global investment bank's private wealth management division, providing tailored advisory, investment solutions, and brokerage services to high-net-worth individuals and families. The Product Due Diligence Analyst role with focus in new / existing investment product analysis, annual review, market trend monitoring for ETF/ Index/ Fixed income/ equity/ structured products/ alternative investments/ OTC derivatives within private wealth management sector.

Job Description

• Conducting comprehensive product due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analysing financial products and identifying potential risks or areas of concern.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant product information.
• Supporting the implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and updating product compliance frameworks as required.
• Assisting in regulatory audits and responding to audit-related queries.
• Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices in financial services.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience under product due diligence field, good product knowledge in Fixed income, equity, structured products, alternative investments, OTC derivatives are preferred
• Exposure in private banking or private wealth management sector
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
• Work collaboratively with team member
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
• Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
