My client, a prominent global investment bank, is actively seeking an Operations professional to support ED/EDQ operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute daily operations, including the trade capture process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
2. Manage day-to-day client and fund administrator inquiries
3. Liaise with multiple internal working groups and provide support to the setup of new client accounts.
4. Responsible for requesting static data setup/maintenance when required

Key Requirements:

1. Good understanding of the prime brokerage market and settlement processes.
2. Experience in operations within the financial industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Good knowledge of the trade cycle of financial products, including Equities, Bonds, Repos, Warrants etc.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
8. Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
