Your new company is a well-established and fast-growing insurer. Known for its strategic focus on partnership distribution and broker channels, the business is continuously expanding its footprint across both local and Mainland Chinese segments. They are looking for a Partnership Distribution Manager for the local office. Cantonese is not a must and mainland background is welcomed.

Your new role

• Drive business growth by developing and managing partnerships with insurance brokers and distribution partners across key customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify and onboard new partners, including conducting due diligence and supporting commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions aligned with business objectives, analysing
  production data and implementing action plans to improve sales results.
• Conduct market analysis and customer insights to support strategic planning and revenue targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in partnership distribution, business development, or broker/channel management within insurance or financial services.
• Experience in managing partnership channels, ideally with exposure to both local and MCV segments.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
