Job Summary:
The Issuer Platform Support team manages and supports HKEX's issuer-facing regulatory filing systems, including ESS and DION, which facilitate issuer disclosures on the HKEXnews website. The team handles hotline support, user enquiries, system operations, enhancement projects and testing activities.

We are now seeking a high-calibre individual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide operational and user support for HKEX's issuer-facing systems, assist in project and testing activities, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services and platforms.

Job Duties:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries on matters relating to various regulatory filings systems, ensuring timely and professional support
• Support regulatory filing services to enable listed issuers to publish disclosure documents
• Assist in project delivery by gathering and documenting user requirements, coordinating and executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting system implementation and rollout activities
• Provide operational support such as strategic reporting and database management
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in reputable financial institutions
• Good knowledge of the financial service industry and securities market operations
• Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
• Willing to work shift duty, including early mornings, evenings and public holidays
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
