Officer - Listing (Structured Products & Fixed Income) (12-Month Contract)
Job Responsibilities: - Data input and checking in relation to new listing applications
- Handle general administrative works including preparing listing approval letters etc. and arranging for signing and sending to listing applicants, compiling and generating operational and statistical reports etc., document management
- Assist in following-up with listed issuers in relation to ongoing submission of documents and accounts required by Listing Rules
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis/research
- Provide other day-to-day administrative support (such as filing and report generation) to Structured Products & Fixed Income Team
Job Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years' working experience (preferably administrative experience) in the securities industry. University graduate is a plus
- Strong Word, Excel skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good communication and organizational skills and detail-oriented
