• Position complex life products simply for standard banking clients.
• Bundle life insurance with bank products like mortgages or wealth accounts.
• Identify market gaps for new life, health, or retirement solutions.

Targeted Campaign Management

• Design triggers for campaigns based on milestone events like getting a mortgage.
• Create cross-selling strategies targeting existing bank account holders.
• Promote high-net-worth life products to premium banking clients.

Branch and Sales Enablement

• Build sales toolkits including product brochures, flyers, and digital calculators.
• Create simple talk tracks to help bank staff explain life insurance.
• Design incentive programs to motivate bank staff to pitch life products.
• Conduct joint training sessions with insurance trainers for bank sales teams.

Omni-Channel and Digital Marketing

• Embed life insurance options into online banking journeys and mobile apps.
• Deploy personalized email campaigns to nurture leads over time.
• Optimize educational content about financial planning on the bank's website.
• Utilize ATM screens and digital posters for local branch awareness.

Performance Tracking and Analytics

• Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, premium volume, and policy persistency.
• Analyze campaign data to see which customer segments buy the most.
• Track return on investment for all promotional spending.
• Report monthly sales results to both bank and insurance executives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained from large financial institutions
• Bancassurance Marketing experience is highly preferred
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
