Lead the development and execution of the annual compliance work plan, policies, and procedures.
Serve as a primary point of contact for local regulators (including the HKMA and SFC), managing official inspections, coordinating formal responses, and ensuring seamless communication regarding regulatory enquiries.
Monitor regulatory changes, assessing their impact on business operations and ensuring timely implementation of required updates.
Conduct comprehensive compliance risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective controls to mitigate exposure.
Design and deliver training programmes to raise awareness of compliance standards, ethical conduct, and regulatory obligations across the company.
Continuously audit and enhance compliance documentation to ensure alignment with evolving regulations, industry best practices, and internal business structural changes.
Manage and oversee internal investigations into potential policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation, resolution, and follow-up.
Manage the end-to-end process for periodic regulatory reporting, statements, and assessments, ensuring timely follow-up on all requirements mandated by the HKMA, SFC, and other relevant governing bodies.
