Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, and UHNW clients across offshore markets
- Drive capital raising initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, investor roadshows, and ongoing engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for investors, providing performance updates, product positioning, and market insights
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (investment, product, compliance) to ensure consistent and accurate communication
- Support the creation of marketing materials, pitchbooks, and due diligence responses
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape to identify new fundraising opportunities
- 6-15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations / Institutional Sales / Capital Raising within asset management, hedge funds, or private banking
- Strong track record in covering offshore clients (e.g. Singapore, Middle East, Europe, US )
- Solid understanding of hedge funds and/or quantitative strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English and Mandarin required
- Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory environment (SFC Type 1/4/9) is preferred
- Self-driven, commercial mindset with strong ability to operate in a fast-paced investment environment
