Responsibilities:

• According to the Bank's overall strategy, prepare and consolidate the strategic planning reports, management reports, annual work plans etc. of the department.
• Coordinate the administrative works of the HR department and support each division.
• Maintain effective communication with the internal and/or external parties, coordinate and ensure the implementation of management's decision.
• Coordinate the business continuous plan and other issues related to operational / compliance risk including formulating, reviewing , organizing and carrying out the business continuous plan etc.
• Centralize the supervision and management of departmental expenses including drafting annual expense budgets of HR Department, monitoring the usage of expense etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines.
• 4-5 years' relevant working experience in administration, human resources of Banking, Government, Semi-government, sizable Chinese corporations etc.
• Good at data analysis and report preparation.
• Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluent in Putonghua is a must.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant / Deputy Human Resources Manager.
