Your new role

• Conduct detailed reviews of client accounts, identifying gaps in Source of Wealth information and supporting documentation.
• Analyze client data and corroborating evidence to ensure completeness and reasonableness of wealth narratives.
• Partner closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to obtain additional information and supporting documents when required.
• Perform desktop research and benchmark analysis to support SOW assessments and account profile enhancements.
• Identify and escalate AML risk indicators, adverse media findings, and other financial crime concerns to relevant subject matter experts.
• Ensure name screening results and adverse findings are appropriately reviewed, documented, and resolved.
• Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured SOW assessments and case summaries.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers to support reporting and management oversight.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in AML Compliance, KYC, Client Onboarding, Financial Crime Compliance, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
• Knowledge of Source of Wealth (SOW) reviews, customer due diligence, and account onboarding processes.
• Ability to identify AML risk indicators, inconsistencies, and potential red flags.
• Familiarity with complex account structures, regulatory expectations, and best practices within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
