Hiring (Sr.) Finance Manager for a Global Tier-1 Long-only Fund in HK leading a small team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing finance operations such as AP, AR and Cash management
- Delivering month/year-end reporting, forecasting and budget analysis in order to provide a better insight of business performance for Senior Management and Board Committees
- Performing P&A and product analysis such as net margin analysis, fund flow reporting etc. by collaborate with internal parties
- Providing statutory reporting for the corporate entities including annual audit process and liaising with external auditors
- Overseeing all tax related requirements for the corporate entities and liaise with tax advisers
- Preparing regulatory returns for SFC and financial surveys required by other regulatory bodies
- Coordinating with finance teams in other regions for cross regional initiatives and reporting issues
- Leading the team to contribute in all kinds of ad-hoc projects within finance scope
- Enhancing productivity within the team and making sure all finance processes and documented procedures are up-to-date
- Business travel might be required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experience working in Asset Management Firm with a Bachelor degree in Business/ Accounting
- Proven track record in multi-tasking while being accuracy and timeliness
- Being able to converse with senior management in Finance, Risk and the Business
- Experienced team leader in supervising a team while building a positive team culture
- CA/ CPA Qualified
