ECommerce Analyst
We are seeking for a motivated digital talent to be part of the APAC team to support the digital growth across multiple markets in the region. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive e-commerce business strategies and manage performance.

Responsibilities:
    \t
  • Support on new business/project launch plans\t
      \t\t
    • Compile and present competitive trends and insights with identified opportunities
    • \t\t
    • Monitor competitive activities and conduct market research/analysis in partnership with country eCommerce teams
    • \t\t
    • Assist in the evaluation of new eCommerce partnership opportunities
    • \t\t
    • Develop and co-own project launch plans with country eCommerce leads
    • \t\t
    • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams on launch plans
    • \t\t
    • Assist in developing business performance reviews or APAC eCommerce strategy materials to be presented to the senior management
    • \t
    \t
  • \t
  • Track and manage performance\t
      \t\t
    • Monitor the business daily to ensure on-strategy, on-brand execution of all program activities
    • \t\t
    • Support various teams on weekly eCommerce KPI tracking exercise, achieve alignment on reporting format/processes with country/channel managers, and help identify actionable business activities
    • \t\t
    • Provide PM support in planning and executing BI report automation project for key APAC eCommerce channels
    • \t
    \t
  • \t
  • Support country teams on digital marketing and branding activities across multiple markets and channels, including but not limited to:\t
      \t\t
    • Own, plan, and manage seasonal site content refresh process across multiple markets/channels by partnering with APAC Production. APAC Ecommerce Allocations, and country eCommerce teams
    • \t\t
    • Co-own and manage digital commerce marketing plans and monthly marketing calendars with key country eCommerce teams; help analyze effectiveness of marketing mix; propose new ideas; drive impactful performance campaigns
    • \t\t
    • Develop creative briefs for special marketing/creative initiatives; work with APAC Production or Creative Design team to ensure creative assets are to spec, meet the marketing/business objectives, and are delivered on time
    • \t\t
    • Effectively communicate brand & digital marketing guidelines; utilize digital toolkits as necessary
    • \t\t
    • Participate in weekly business calls with regions to help track progress of key projects and on-going activities
    • \t\t
    • Help conduct site/content QA, including but not limited to: - reviewing quality of digital product images/descriptions, marketing banner placements, accurate product information (e.g. price, material, etc.)

Requirements:
    \t
  • University degree holder preferably in e-Commerce, Internet Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
  • \t
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • \t
  • 2-4 years hand-on experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, or FMCG marketing background is preferred
  • \t
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional language proficiency in Chinese and Japanese is highly recognized
  • \t
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams internally & externally
  • \t
  • High level of understanding in the complexities of eCommerce system architecture, day-to-day operations, and performance marketing tools
  • \t
  • Excellent organization, communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills
  • \t
  • Ability to multitask/handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • \t
  • Ability to think proactively, creatively solve problem, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
  • \t
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills is a must
  • \t
  • Proactive, collaborative, adaptive, resourceful team player
