Our business partner is a reputable and sizeable bank that is seeking an experienced Director - Corporate Sales in Treasury Marketing across the Financial Markets department.

Your new role

As a key leader, you will be responsible for:

• Drive sales and revenue growth in treasury products, including FX, structured deposits, hedging solutions, and liquidity management products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and high-net-worth clients.
• Provide market insights and advisory services on treasury, investment, and wealth management solutions.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client wallet share.
• Lead business development initiatives and acquire new-to-bank clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to excel in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines, coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Minimum 10-15 years' of relevant experience in Treasury Sales, Financial Markets, Wealth Management with banks.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products, investment products, and financial markets.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CFP) and SFC/HKMA licencing are advantageous.
• Leadership and management experience with the ability to drive business performance and mentor team members will be a great plus.
