The digital transformation program manager will be responsible of coordinating, supporting and facilitating the digital initiatives in the APAC region.
The position holder will:
• contribute to the enterprise digital transformation, the identification of digital talents, the promotion of digital awareness and the animation of a digital community though digital days and expert talks.
• assist the entities and business units in their ideation, solution design and delivery by facilitating access to expertise, resources and technology
• consolidate the initiatives for the region in coordination with global ones
Consolidation of initiatives for APAC Digital Forum
Act as a champion to sustain enterprise digital capabilities
Roll-out and monitor the deployment of agile and innovative solution design and delivery methodologies
Provide support for promoting digital awareness and driving transformation through the organization and the moderation hackathons, digital community among others
Report and monitor relevant metrics to measure the maturity and the delivery capacity of the organization for digital initiatives
Support the design and the development of business digital strategy
Monitor the execution of key digital projects and initiatives
Ensure that Legal, Compliance and Security requirements are taken upstream
Provide technology services to support PoC, MVP initiatives
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Minimum 10 years of Project/Program Management Experience in delivering large scale Digital Transformation Program using agile methodologies, including roles of influence and consistent interactions with Senior Business Leadership.
Experience in Banking Industry is preferred.
Proven leader with successful track record driving large scale, complex programs, in web/ digital business
Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment by working collaboratively with stakeholders, regionally and globally.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
Recognized change and technology leader
