Consumer Bank - Cards Client Experience and Control Manager
  • Support in implementing internal policy procedure and regulatory requirement to ensure compliance
  • Conduct periodic process monitoring to ensure controls are executed properly and timely
  • Responsible to prepare and maintain various reports and MIS for periodic internal or external reporting
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to enrich existing &/or develop new process to enhance client experience

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Strategic mindset that closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business
  • Knowledge of partner management, business development, and planning
  • Ability to make judgments and offer solutions based on analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
  • Analytical ability with interpretive thinking will be required
  • Applies ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution for complicated and/or unique situations
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop materials including presentations for senior leadership
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with leaders across the organization
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a high degree of collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Ability to influence and challenge conventional thinking
  • Excellent project management skills

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
