Ashford Benjamin has engaged by multiple global hedge fund managers seeking Compliance officers to join their teams in Hong Kong.

This is a Compliance Generalist role driving the core, regulatory, and trade compliance control for the APAC business. Your day-to-day will involve interpreting and implementing complex APAC regulatory changes, providing front-office trade advisory, and conducting product due diligence. You will also manage regulatory reporting, oversee the control room, and handle daily compliance operations - including SFC/regional licensing, personal account dealing (PAD), and gifts and entertainment (G&E) - while driving broader APAC trade surveillance and compliance initiatives.

To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of compliance experience gained within hedge funds, proprietary trading, investment banks, or asset management firms, backed by a solid understanding of regulatory requirement.
