JOB SUMMARY

1. Act as a complaint manager to contact customers based on needs and handle inquiries related to credit cards and loans
2. Provide solutions to customers upon request
3. Develop operating rules and guidelines for call center staff in mainland China
4. Deliver high-quality services in resolving and addressing customer issues
5. Serve as the coordinator between outsourcing teams and internal departments, and draft internal communications.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Marketing, Business Admin or relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years working experience gained in relevant experience with customer services. Preferably with Banking experience is an advantage
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
