Job Responsibilities

Managing Investor Relations (IR)

Wall Street Communication: Serving as the primary spokesperson to buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts.
Earnings Conference Calls: Leading quarterly earnings calls to present financial results, provide strategic context, and answer analyst questions.
Investor Roadshows: Participating in non-deal roadshows and industry conferences to attract new capital and articulate the company's long-term growth narrative.
Guidance Management: Establishing and managing market expectations regarding future revenue, earnings, and capital expenditure forecasts.

Executing Capital Allocation and Corporate Finance

Capital Raising: Structuring and executing public equity offerings, corporate bond issuances, or commercial paper programs to fund operations.
Credit Rating Management: Maintaining active relationships with credit rating agencies (such as S&P, Moody's, and Fitch) to optimize the company's cost of capital.
Shareholder Returns: Developing and executing capital return frameworks, including programmatic share buyback schedules and dividend distributions.
M&A Transactions: Leading financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and capital structure negotiations for external corporate acquisitions or divestitures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder
Proven investment banking experience (US listing)
Native English Speaker
Willing to be based in Hong Kong or the US
