A Leading Insurance Brokerage focusing on High-Net Worth (HNW) Individuals is expanding rapidly and looking to strengthen its team. They partner with top-tier insurers to deliver bespoke wealth protection and risk management solutions for affluent individuals and families. They are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join and grow with their team.

Your new role

• Support HNW sales advisors with end-to-end workflow, including applications, meetings and communications
• Assist in coordinating insurance cases with insurers and internal teams
• Help manage client onboarding documentation & assist with application processes
• Track application and underwriting progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
• Ensure tasks are completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years in client servicing/ sales supporting role in the Insurance/ Financial Services industry
• IIQE is preferred
• Good written & verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proactive & customer-oriented, with a high level of attention to details
