Your new role

• 
  Acted as an AML Team Head to lead and oversee the firm's AML, CTF, sanctions, and financial crime compliance framework and manage a team of around 4-5.
  
• 
  Maintain an effective AML/CFT compliance framework / controls across the Bank, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on day-to-day AML/CTF matters;
  
• 
  Monitored regulatory developments and internal AML/CFT requirements, conducted gap analyses, updated policies and procedures, and implemented appropriate control measures.
  
• 
  Performed AML/CFT compliance monitoring and reviews, including transaction monitoring, name and sanctions screening, alert investigations, suspicious transaction reviews, customer due diligence (CDD), account opening reviews, periodic KYC reviews, and trigger event assessments for high-risk business relationships.
  
• 
  Prepare suspicious transaction reports to the authorities concerned
  
• 
  Prepared monthly AML/CFT compliance reports.
  
• 
  Participate in AML/CFT related ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Require 8-9+ years of experience in AML. All-rounded AML experience is preferred.
  
• 
  With team-leading experience is preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and regulatory expectations
  
• 
  Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
