What can you expect?

• You prepare tax balance sheets and tax returns for the German group companies together with our colleagues
• You support in preparing and maintaining our transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), including functional and risk analyses
• You contribute to the implementation and further development of intercompany transfer pricing guidelines and models, and review intercompany agreements in coordination with the business functions
• You assess business transactions, contracts, and restructurings from a tax perspective
• You advise business functions and subsidiaries on tax matters, and act as a contact person for our foreign entities on operational questions regarding the operational application of transfer pricing requirements
• You support tax audits and communicate with tax authorities and external advisors
• You help us develop our Tax Compliance Management System further and digitalise our tax processes, while monitoring legislative changes and case law to derive recommendations for action

What should you bring along?

• You have an academic track record with a finance and international tax background
• You possess at least three years of professional experience in tax consultancy, audit, or an in-house tax function; experience in the tax department of a multinational group is an advantage
• You have passed the German Tax Advisor Exam, which is an advantage
• You have sound knowledge of German corporate income tax law; knowledge of international tax law is desirable
• You have initial exposure to transfer pricing, or a clear interest in building expertise in this area
• You have experience with SAP and common tax software, along with very good Excel skills
• You work in a structured and independent way, and enjoy working with different business functions
• You are business-fluent in German and have good English language skills
