Senior Relationship Manager (m/f) "Cross Border Business"
Responsibility for large volume international real estate financing business
Our client is a major commercial bank and plays a leading role in the German commercial real estate financing business. Its customers are professional national and international real estate players, including investors, project and property developers with whom the bank has been pursuing an active and highly successful growth strategy for many years. For further development of this strategy in the most important international real estate markets, we are now looking for a sales-driven Real Estate Financing Professional (m/f).
In this challenging position you will manage the business relations to demanding customers in the commercial real estate industry and successfully develop new business with existing and new accounts. Your work focuses on the acquisition and support of international clients who are active in German as well as in other major European real estate markets. You will generate, negotiate and structure individual financing solutions and tackle complex real estate financing questions. You will coordinate deal teams, pay attention to systematically leverage cross-selling potential and take on responsibility for profit and pricing. Last but not least, you will represent the bank in consortia and club deals and contribute in credit decisions.
Having completed a University degree in Business, Economics, Law or a comparable qualification – ideally with a previous apprenticeship as bank officer – you have gained many years of experience as Client Advisor or Account Manager (m/f) in the national and international real estate financing markets with a strong network with clients, financing partners, lawyers and other relevant players in the industry. Your customers value you as the creative and competent industry expert who develops individual solutions. You are a sought-after contact person at decision-making level benefitting from your high level of consulting expertise, your negotiating skills, your assertiveness and the comprehensive knowledge of all relevant financing and cross-selling products. Your English is business fluent. Fluency in French and/or in another relevant language is advantageous. You are ready and willing to take responsibility and be measured by your sales success.
