The Cloud Partnership team is a new team focusing on cloud strategy, migration, and modernization. We blend deep technical expertise with strategic insights in business to deliver innovative, cloud-first solutions that drive real business value.

The Role: As the Cloud Partnership Technology leader, you will work closely with the Cloud Partnership Business Leader to ensure we maximise value from the engagement with Hyperscalers. Reporting into the Chief Digital Officer you are expected to engage with ITLM and key experts within IT to help define and deliver on our Cloud Strategic Roadmap Execution, to support our Business and Technology value-driven transformation.

This role is about more than just technical expertise; it's about becoming a strategic partner, guiding Euroclear through a comprehensive digital transformation that encompasses not only technology but also business processes, cultural change, and industry-specific challenges. We are looking for someone who excels in understanding business needs, crafting tailored strategies, and driving impactful change. Your ability to align technology solutions with business objectives, while considering industry nuances, will be crucial to succeed. You are not just a technologist, but a strategic advisor who empowers Euroclear to navigate the complexities of the digital landscape through this evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to IT as well as internal and external stakeholders, understanding the business requirements and digital transformation goals.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level strategic advice on cloud adoption, IT frameworks, budgeting, and overall digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Industry Expertise: Continuously learn and adapt to the unique aspects of the financial services industry, delivering solutions that are both innovative and contextually relevant.
• Cloud & IT Architecture: With the support of the relevant experts and teams, design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures and IT operating model solutions, leveraging industry best practices.
• Budgeting & Planning: Assist Euroclear in budgeting and financial planning for digital transformation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with long-term goals.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to Euroclear's thought leadership, sharing insights and best practices with business stakeholders and colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, industry specialists, and technical experts, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing digital services and processes within our IT organization, driving efficiency and value.
• Change Management: Contribute to change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities and processes within the organization.

You Bring:

• The ability to understand and contribute to the shaping of the overall Euroclear Strategy
• You are able to connect and extract from the Hyperscalers their strategic intentions and potential value for Euroclear and our ecosystem
• The ability to impact the IT transformation and investment plans without initial direct responsibilities on its delivery, and the ability to drive your own role evolution based on the strategic needs and value.
• Competence and experience in IT strategy and transformation, particularly in the areas of Cloud Architecture and IT tools, models and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to deliver practical, impactful solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading partnership engagements, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving projects to successful completion.
• Experience in change management, helping organizations adapt to new technologies and processes.
