About the Role



We are looking for an experienced
Roof & Civil Works Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, integrity, and development of civil infrastructure and roofing assets across a complex industrial site.



This is a technical coordination role combining
project management, contractor supervision, preventive maintenance, budget management, and asset lifecycle management . You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of buildings, structures, and roofing systems across the site while driving continuous improvement initiatives.



Reporting to the
Building Services Supervisor , you will coordinate all civil and roofing-related maintenance, repair, and construction activities across the site. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, technical teams, and maintenance coordination colleagues to ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.



As the subject matter expert for roofing and civil assets, you will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies, managing projects, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.


How You Will Add Value


Key Responsibilities - Civil Infrastructure & Building Services



Coordinate maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities for:

• Buildings and structures


• Roads, parking areas, and gates


• Sewer and drainage systems


• Sanitary installations


• Internal and external civil facilities

Coordinate the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of:

• Suspended ceilings and partition walls


• Stairways and access systems


• External doors and building components

Additional responsibilities include:

• Supporting the engineering, planning, and execution of site improvement projects.


• Leading civil construction and renovation projects from initiation through completion.


• Working closely with Engineering & Project Services (E&PS) coordinators and site stakeholders.

Roofing Asset Management

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory and assessment database of all roofing assets across the site.


• Map and document roof types, construction materials, overall condition, risks, and technical status.


• Manage and track work requests, defects, and maintenance tickets related to roofing systems.


• Coordinate roof inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and interventions carried out by specialized contractors.


• Develop long-term roof renovation and replacement strategies, including prioritization and budgeting.

Maintenance & Reliability

• Develop, optimize, and implement preventive maintenance programs in accordance with Nuvolo maintenance standards.


• Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, testing, and repairs for assigned assets.


• Review and update Operational Maintenance Procedures (OMPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and lifecycle performance.

Contractor & Budget Management

• Manage contractor performance and conduct regular contractor safety evaluations.


• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site safety standards and procedures.


• Manage the operational budget for civil and roofing activities.


• Oversee supplier selection, procurement activities, and purchase order management.


• Maintain adequate stock levels of civil construction materials, sanitary components, and fittings.

Who Are We Looking For? Education & Technical Expertise



Technical education or relevant professional experience in
Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Structural Engineering , or a related discipline.



Strong knowledge of:

• Civil construction techniques


• Building structures and structural stability


• Construction materials and asset maintenance


• Roofing systems and building envelope management

You should also have:

• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities within an industrial or technical environment.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
