- Lead relationships with banks, debt funds and institutional lenders
- Originate and develop new financing opportunities
- Monitor lender appetite, pricing and market trends
- Position the company and its projects to potential lenders
- Support financing across project finance, acquisition finance and private credit
- Work closely with the corporate financing team on execution
- Represent the company with key external stakeholders
- Experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, banking, DCM or debt advisory
- Strong European lender network
- Renewable energy or infrastructure experience preferred
- Proven origination and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and credible with senior stakeholders
