What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Development Associate within our Alpha (a Corpay company) Cross-border division and is located in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will support the regional business development of high-value corporate clients with a specific focus on the Hungarian market. You will report directly to the Managing Director and regularly collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to support the Sales activity.

As a Business Development Associate, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads.
• Driving initial sales pipeline through highly targeted, multi-channel B2B outreach. You will leverage professional networks, social selling, and bespoke communication to engage and consult with C-level executives across a diverse range of sectors.
• Learning your clients' businesses and working to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Alpha's solutions can solve them.
• Working closely with dealers and account managers to build and present valuable risk management and payment solutions to clients - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.
• Identifying viable clients and sharing these across the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent Hungarian and English speaker, with any other European language being a good addition.
• Strong sense of urgency and action-oriented mindset
• Highly coachable; quickly applies feedback.
• Ambitious with a clear growth mindset
• Confident yet humble in approach
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awareness

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is €42,500 - €63,7000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
