Workers Compensation Case Manager

This Continuously expanding Workers compensation business working across NSW looking for experienced Case managers to join due to expanding client and customer needs. You will be working on your own portfolio of workers managing complex issues of both physical and psychological workplace injuries.
Your new role
Working as a Case Manager you will be;
- Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims of both physical and psychological based injuries
- Focusing on the needs of the relevant stakeholders with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service
- Providing workers compensation advice to both employers and employees
- Have the chance to work on complex cases and to tailor an approach based on individual needs
What you'll need to succeed To be successful you have will have;
- Previous experience in a high-volume workers compensation Case Management role
- Proven time management skills and a resilient and caring approach to the role
- A high level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage your time effectively and understand how to effectively prioritise
