Your new role
As the Transformation & Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the implementation phase of a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme, partnering with an external implementation provider to deliver a successful rollout.
Working closely with Finance, Technology and Executive stakeholders, you will drive project outcomes, oversee key delivery milestones and support organisational change throughout the implementation life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Managing project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Partnering with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting testing, training, stakeholder engagement and go-live activities.
• Providing regular project updates and reporting to executive leadership.
• Developing and executing change management activities to maximise user adoption.
• Ensuring successful delivery of the programme through to the planned go-live.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience delivering ERP, finance systems or business transformation projects.

Experience managing end-to-end system implementation programmes.

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a comparable enterprise finance platform.

Strong project management skills with experience managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated change management and stakeholder engagement capability.

Ability to work closely with finance teams and executive stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Experience working alongside external implementation partners and vendors.

Highly Regarded

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience.
• Finance transformation or finance systems implementation experience.
• Background within Finance, Accounting, Business Transformation or ERP Project Management.
