The primary purpose of this role on the Transformation Program is to develop, in conjunction with subject matter experts, policy, process & procedure documentation for the Claims Area. You'll be responsible for
  • Designing, developing, and implementing the appropriate communication medium for delivery of claims processes and procedures.
  • Working in collaboration with SMEs to understand business processes and expectations; to prepare informative process guides and artefacts in a timely manner so that they can be incorporated into change and training materials.
  • Providing input to the design, maintenance and usability of the Claims documents.
  • Conduct usability tests on documentation and gather feedback to make continuous improvements.
  • Edit and revise existing documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Ensuring claims compliance and technical requirements are adhered to in claims procedure documentation to mitigate potential risk and compliance issues.
About you
  • Demonstrated experience in developing process and procedure documentation from the ground up, including experience in process review, design and documentation.
  • Experience working for a for a complex matrixed general insurance or financial services organisation is highly desirable
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and provide pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Pay high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Markdown, or other relevant software.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
