Your new role - Mentor, support and motivate our agents to deliver the best performance
- Take ownership of projects & campaigns under your control
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Liaise with other departments and the wider management team
- Updating and preparing performance reports for the Call Centre Manager
- Measuring the performance of both individuals and teams
- Ensure your team is delivering quality leads
What you'll need to succeed - Experience leading a team within Sales/Telemarketing
- Demonstrated experience leading B2B teams and people management
- Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential
- The ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong rapport building skills
What you'll get in return - $80,000-$100,000 + super
- Hybrid work environment - WFH/Office
- 8.30-5.50, Monday - Fri
- Office located in Surry Hills
- Early finish every Friday
