This industry leading wholesale organisation requires a team assistant to join their organisation to help support the senior executives of the organisation as well as the other members of the team. In addition to aid with the increase of administrative duties within the team. Your new role
As a Team Assistant in this expanding organisation, the role requires an individual who enjoys working within a dynamic and fast paced setting. The Team Assistant will be responsible for receiving incoming phone calls and redirecting to the relevant team member, managing the office and ordering stationery, booking travel for senior management, typing for the Director and general office administration support. What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a team player who has the capability to provide support to a vibrant team. An individual who has a high attention to detail and able to work under pressure would flourish within this role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently are a must and previous experience within the wholesale industry would be beneficial.
