Senior Voice Engineering Lead

Bring your passion for leading teams, and join our Voice networks services team as an Engineering Manager. The scope of technical functions that are covered by this team include Cisco Call Manager, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Video End Points, Jabber, Gateways and SME clusters, Dealer Voice (IPC and/or BT), Voice Recording (Verint), amongst other technologies.

You will work in a multi-talented and diverse team across geographical locations, which creates a fast-paced and challenging environment.

As a well-rounded Voice Engineering Manager, you will lead the team prioritising projects to adapt to the changing needs of the business. You will also be the Lead Design Engineer who will interface with the architecture team and operations. This key role demands a highly motivated leader with a solid engineering background. You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude on top of being meticulous and thorough as well as possessing excellent communication skills.

Key skills and responsibilities will be to:
  • lead a team of experienced and CCIE certified voice engineers
  • providing senior engineering support and lead engineer for major migrations
  • senior design engineer in the team working closely with the architecture team
  • the ability to create detailed low level and high-level designs
  • work on creating migration and test plans for complex transitions
  • perform proactive platform systems management
  • provide first-class system support from initial contact to closure.
