Want to know a little bit more about this opportunity? We're now looking for a Dynamics Leader @ Unloan with the strategic mindset and expertise to maximise Unloan's use of Dynamics.
Unloan is continuing to grow quickly - and we remain focused on offering the most digitally-forward home loan experience in Australia. And we're continuing to centre our business operations around a Microsoft Dynamics core.
Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, automation and process optimisation will enable our operations team to focus on the most value-add customer problems and ensure we deliver a consistently great end to end customer experience.
You will own the ideation, planning and delivery of all CRM enhancements within Unloan. You will ensure we're always focused on the biggest value-add priorities and that we're delivering in the most effective way possible.
As our Microsoft Dynamics Senior Systems Engineer, you will...
- Lead our Dynamics platform and help shape the product roadmap
- Be a thought leader in process efficiency and how our platforms can drive consistency

Your Skills and Experience: - You're an expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and are excited (and/or have experience) in bringing a more business-central lens to delivering the platform that will meet broader business goals in digital-first ways.
- You understand Dataverse APIs, Power Platform, Solutions, Model Driven Apps and Canvas Driven Apps, Omnichannel, Customer Insights, Release Management.
- You have experience with driving change, ideally relating to coordinating the implementation of solutions to issues across broad, complex areas.
- You have experience in digital-first businesses, where automation and simple processes are core pillars in planning and delivery activity.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and will be able to deliver succinct communication and training to our operations staff.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects/streams at the same time.
