Senior Java Engineer - Wealth ManagementJoin our Technology division as an experienced Java Developer and help us build the Digital Bank of the future!

As a truly passionate technologist, you will have the opportunity to develop cutting edge applications built on beautifully crafted, easily shipped and reusable code.
As a well-rounded developer you will help design, implement and maintain our Java applications.
You will bring a selection of the following technical skills:
- backend languages: Enterprise Java, Spring
- experience with relational database technologies
- experience working with microservice architecture
- cloud: AWS, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, GCP
- web services: Restful web services
- Event-driven integration: JMS, Solace, Kafka
- UI: AngularJS (4 and above), React JS
- understanding of NoSQL: Cassandra / MongoDB
- CI/CD: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Bamboo, Git
- experience with automation testing tools and service virtualisatio
- knowledge of secure coding principles
- understanding of a devops environment.
You will need to be able to demonstrate previous technical leadership coupled with a genuine passion to drive change and outcomes through new technologies. You will also bring a learning mindset with an inquisitive approach, and finally a strong belief in full automation testing as a future state. It would be a bonus if you had Wealth and Financial Services Superannuation industry experience.
