Position Summary:

The Salesforce technical lead role will be responsible to work on development and support client applications based on salesforce.

Mandatory Skills:

Salesforce configuration for lightning, customization involving Apex, LWC, aura.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Documents the low-level design against the user stories.
• User Story Estimations.
• Mentor development team.
• Ensures all the user stories are built in accordance with the development standards.
• Code review of the user stories based on the project-based coding best practice PMD rules
• Removing the developers' roadblocks.
• Supporting SIT /UAT team in closing the testing.
• Triaging the SIT/UAT defects before assigning to offshore team.
• Lead and co-ordinate the PROD deployment activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
• To draft the implementation plan for Production releases.

Salary Range: >$100,000
