Your new company
You will be joining a global commercial interior design firm currently working with well-known brands helping them create and deliver innovative and office spaces for their employees. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be supporting the growth of the Global Revenue Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant and inspiring industry.

Your new role
Your role as the Sales Strategy & Operations Lead will be to support and drive the global revenue team and assisting with conducting analytics and developing insights to drive performance and development. You will be up to date with forecasts and sales reporting as well as assisting identify potential customers. You will be the team systems expert with CRM software such as Salesforce and on occasion providing training/on-boarding to team members. You will be directly reporting to regional sales leadership regarding regional priorities and initiatives to drive performance and ensure the team are aligned with meeting goals. Overall you will be monitoring and driving KPI's within the sales team while providing administrative support and insights

What you'll need to succeed
You are a highly driven, client obsessed, energetic individual looking to join a global team. You are outcome-focused and have experience within a sales environment and are familiar with CRM software such as Salesforce. You are confident in fast-paced environments and always looking for new ways to meet targets and grow the business. You are a fast learner and confident when learning new systems and summarising data. You have direct experience working in sales or business development teams and have a strong understanding of sales operations processes and reporting. You thrive working in team environments and driving success. Candidates proficient with Salesforce and Excel will be highly regarded.
