Summary of Role
The Client Administration team is responsible for all the middle and back office functions undertaken by SSGA in Australia. As part of the Investment Operations team in Australia we are responsible for ensuring accurate client cash flows details are reflected on SSGA internal systems, as well reviewing and releasing unit prices for the Trust Funds to clients.

Role Responsibilities
  • You will monitor all incoming cash flow instruction and process the trade into the SSGA system
  • Work with custodian to resolve any abnormal NAV performance
  • Work closely with our external unit registry service provider to resolve any query on unitholder application & redemption
  • Working with the various internal teams to respond to ad hoc queries from clients
  • Completing client specific reporting requirements
  • You will have a basic understanding of Exchanged Traded Funds
Position Requirements
  • Graduate level or above
  • Minimum 12 months unit trust investment experience from either an Investment Manager or Global Custodian
  • Knowledge of investment accounting and NAV calculation across various asset classes
  • You will have a proven track record of meeting service level expectations
  • High attention to detail
Skills / knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to meet daily deadlines
  • You will have a strong understanding of financial services
  • Strong PC skills, specifically Excel skills (Intermediate)
