Lead the delivery of enterprise-scale marketing technology platforms in a newly created leadership role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, Technology Product Manager or Product Owner to step into a strategic Platform Product Lead position within a large, complex enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps, drive platform enhancements and ensure technology solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Your new role
Working within a high-performing MarTech function, you will own the end-to-end delivery of key technology platforms, translating business priorities into actionable technology initiatives. Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads and external vendors to drive delivery and platform evolution.
This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology direction whilst leading and mentoring a small team of Business Analysts and QA professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery and roadmap execution of one or more strategic technology platforms.
- Partner with Business Product Owners to translate business requirements into technology epics and features.
- Lead requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and user story development.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Senior Business Analysts and QA Engineers.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops ranging from detailed discovery sessions through to executive-level forums.
- Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Engage with technology vendors to help shape platform capability and future roadmap direction.
- Review and challenge proposed technology solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
You will bring a strong blend of business analysis, product ownership and stakeholder engagement experience gained within large, complex organisations.
You will have:
- Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience, ideally progressing into Product Owner, Product Lead or Technology Product Manager responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, integrations and architectural concepts.
- Proven experience translating business roadmaps into technology delivery outcomes.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring Business Analysts and/or QA professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Head of, GM and executive level.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and managing competing priorities.
- Exposure to vendor management and strategic technology partnerships.
- Functional knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly AEM and AEM Sites, will be highly regarded.
