Your new role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be the key business partner for the Sydney office of circa 100 employees across Technology, Sales and Product Development.
This is a truly inclusive and collaborative team and you will play a key part in driving engagement, and culture as well as a hands on focus on recruitment, onboarding, talent management, L&D and training; performance management, HR policy rollout, project work including engagement surveys and Diversity & Inclusion. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team in Sydney, coaching through change and HR advice provision.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner who has a minimum 12 months experience with own client group.
- You will have partnered and coached a white collar and/or technology business, media client group.
- You will be hands on, enjoy building strong relationships, working closely with all levels of employees and have a strategic and operational mindset.
- You will also be a true HR Generalist and enjoy recruitment and finding the best talent.
