Position Summary:

• The role is pivotal in providing the technical expertise and focus necessary to advance next-generation technology capabilities, including data analytics, platform development, specialized application development and system processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience at an enterprise level.
• More than 3 years of experience with an industry-standard IAM platform.
• Expertise in systems development, support, and maintenance with a focus on IAM.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Ping, Okta, Forgerock, NetIQ, Tivoli, etc.
• Knowledge of security design principles for IAM solutions.
• Practical experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, etc.
• Preferably a background in development, especially Java.
• Preferably experience in a DevOps/Cloud environment, particularly AWS.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and support team members.
• Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applied understanding of enterprise architecture and contemporary IT strategies.
• Familiarity with the financial services operating environment, applications, and products is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform through change management, Level 3 support, and governance.
• Design, build, configure, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Ping identity products.
• Offer technical support to project teams and Level 3 support teams.
• Consult with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solution options.
• Evaluate business requirements to recommend suitable solutions on the Ping platform.
• Review and update project handover and operational documents.
• Collaborate with CTO teams, including Channels and Security Architecture, to ensure design integrity and strategic alignment.
• Lead and mentor team members.

Salary Range: >$100,000
