Your primary purpose is to drive sales strategy and nurture and grow relationships within the Superannuation industry in order to grow revenue for the Wealth business unit. You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with the evolving needs of wealth management customers, ensuring their sustained growth and competitive advantage. Your mission is to establish and maintain a high performing, data & target driven sales team while fostering strong customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the digital transformation and success of wealth management businesses across ANZ, whilst growing revenue and market share for us at Iress.

  • Sales Leadership: Executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of Iress.
  • Industry Engagement: Developing and implementing a comprehensive industry engagement strategy to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the superannuation sector, including industry associations, regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Superannuation industry, including executives, decision-makers, and technology influencers.
  • Partnership Development: Identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities with industry players to enhance our superannuation advisory offerings and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Technology Solution Alignment: Collaborating with product and technology teams to ensure our offerings are cutting-edge and address the evolving needs of wealth management firms.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Revenue Growth: Driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities by acquiring new customers, whilst monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to optimise revenue generation and meet revenue targets.

What you will bring

We are seeking a Sales Leader with a proven track record of success in leading technology sales, as well as a deep understanding of the Superannuation industry, including its challenges, opportunities and regulatory landscape. In addition to this, you will possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building abilities and have an analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. Being commercially minded, you will be adept at leveraging technology trends and solutions to drive business growth.
