Your new role
You will be primarily responsible for meeting people and culture deliverables, providing HR advice and IR advice to people managers and employees. You'll work with the leadership team to implement strategic business plans. Key responsibilities will be:
  • Coordinate all strategic and operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Develop partnerships with client groups that promote a high-performance culture and build employee engagement Plan, develop and deliver value add initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the HR strategic plan
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all people related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives
  • Coach, mentor and develop managers in enhancing their people management skills Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures and policies
  • Participate in a range of HR projects
What you'll need to succeed

You will be a seasoned HR professional with high credibility levels with business managers and proven capacity to impact on behaviours and practices including:
  • Previous experience working as a HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience with case management Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach
  • Well-developed internal consulting skills with strong business acumen, well developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
