Hays Legal have partnered with a leading domestic financial institution as they look to add an Executive Manager to their Group Investigations and Intelligence team. This organisation has a strong culture of collaboration, support and flexibility. They have recently completed an internal transformation to ensure they have the right capabilities to respond to internal investigations and whistle-blower matters. Your new role
Will see you leading a team of internal investigators, advising on high-profile investigations (eg. insider trading, complex procurement, conflict of interests, or complex regulatory matters). You will also advise on strategy for the team, partner closely with senior executives and the Board, and interact with regulators to ensure compliance to regulatory developments and updates. What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return

- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (eg. Law, Commerce or Finance).
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience advising and interacting with senior stakeholders.
