Executive, Brand and Marketing

An exciting opportunity exists to join our global Brand and Marketing division as an Executive, to assist us in the development and management of Macquarie's brand across a diverse range of functions and digital and traditional channels.

In this role you will be a key member of the Brand and Marketing team, providing you with the opportunity to grow your skillset and work with a team of business-minded marketing and communication professionals across our Asia, New York and London locations.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee the use of the Macquarie brand to ensure it is communicated in a way that is consistent with the overall objectives of Macquarie group. In addition to this, you'll be working closely with the global marketing teams to ensure consistency with relevant brand guidelines, leveraging and sharing insight and driving efficiencies.

The role will also see you coordinating brand and marketing campaigns and projects as well as collaborating with business on major events. You will be developing insights from client/market data and translating it into actionable activity to be incorporated into relevant, targeted campaigns and projects. A key component of the role is brand governance, where you will be reviewing approvals, assisting with brand asset and marketing requests and reviewing quotes and invoices. Your other responsibilities will include working closely with internal teams to assist with management of Macquarie.com, writing, editing and proofreading marketing material where required and providing ongoing support to the Brand and Marketing team.

You are a highly motivated team player with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, and can work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining consistency across workloads. You also possess a pro-active, 'can-do' work approach, strong relationship management and interpersonal skills and have an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders responding to the needs and challenges of diverse and rapidly growing business groups.
