Your New Role

This is a 12 month Max Term position.

As Enterprise Coach your role is pivotal in shaping our transformation. Collaborating with Squads, teams, and the wider organisation to transition from how we work now to 'The Aware Way', the role is focused on helping us to create value for our members.

How do you exceed our expectations?
  • You will be a coaching practitioner with strong experience in value management, adept at applying techniques such as Agile, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Lean Six Sigma, to drive effective team performance
  • Experienced working on Enterprise level transformations working towards Agile Ways of Working
  • Proven ability to utilise tools and technologies aligned with the Aware Way (e.g. Jira, Confluence, PowerBI) to improve collaboration and communication both within Squads and across the organisation
  • Demonstrated robust coaching and mentoring skills to support Squads, teams, and individuals during periods of significant transformation
  • Proven track record of effectively monitoring squads' health checks, utilising robust analytical skills to derive actionable insights and implement interventions for performance enhancement
  • Experience delivering constructive feedback and influencing and guiding at all levels of the organisation to enhance performance
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and ceremonies effectively
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding teams through transformative mindset shifts
